Abacus: Small Enough to Jail voted among Best of Fest at Palm Springs International Film Festival
Abacus has been voted among the Best of Fest at the 2017 Palm Springs International Film Festival, featuring the award-winning and audience-favorite films of the festival. Lauding the film as an "Immensely sympathetic portrait,"Abacus the festival will screen Abacus on Monday, January 15th at 2PM.
Coming up, the film will screen at the University of Pennsylvania Law School on Monday, February 6 at 6:30PM, the Logan Center for the Arts at the University of Chicago–with director Steve James in attendance–on Thursday, February 23rd at 7:00PM and on Monday, March 20th at the Port Jefferson Documentary Series at The Long Island Museum at 7:00PM–with producer Julie Goldman, associate producer Sean Lyness and film subject Vera Sung in attendance.
